目的：观察超细粉化的复方化毒膏治疗急性肿疡的临床疗效，并通过动物实验探讨作用机理。方法：130例外科门诊及住院的急性肿疡患者随机分为治疗组50例、对照1组50例、对照 2组30例，分别外用超细化复方化毒膏、传统复方化毒膏、达维帮软膏，治疗前后进行症状体征评分判定；实验应用大鼠足爪肿胀法造急性炎症模型，分组观察血流灌注量、血细胞浓度、血流速度、体表温度、足爪肿胀等指标。结果：痊愈率：治疗组76%，对照1组48%，对照2组33%；总有效率：治疗组96%，对照1组94%，对照2组67%。结论：超细化复方化毒膏是治疗急性肿疡的有效中医外用制剂，比传统复方化毒膏有更明显的抗炎作用。

English Summary:

To observe the clinical effectiveness of Ultramicro Compound Huadu Paste on acute oncotic ulcer (AOC), and investigate action mechanism by animal tests.Methods:One hundred and thirty in-and outgoing AOC patients were randomly grouped to the treatment group, control A group, control B group to be treated with the ultramicro paste, the traditional paste, Ciprofloxacin respectively, and rated on symptoms and physical signs. Rat model was established using paw-swelling tests and observed on blood perfusion, concentration of blood cells, velocity of blood flow, skin temperature, swelling of paws.Results:The cure rate and total effective rate for treatment group were 76% and 96%, 48% and 94% for the control A group, 33% and 67% for the control B group. Conclusion:The external preparation of Chinese medicine -Ultramicro Compound Huadu Paste has more significant anti-inflammatory effect than the traditional Paste in treatment of acute oncotic ulcer.
