目的：观察升柏和味海参口服液防治肿瘤化疗引起的白细胞减少症的临床疗效。方法：将126例恶性肿瘤化疗患者随机分为3组。治疗(食疗)组43例，采用口服升柏和味海参口服液；对照A组41例，口服鲨肝醇及维生素B₄治疗；对照B组42例，采用重组人粒细胞集落刺激因子（rh-GSF）注射液治疗。结果：总有效率、显效率分别为食疗组90.7%、60.5%，对照A组78.0%、43.9%，对照B组95.2%、73.8%。治疗组、对照B组分别与对照A组比较，差异均有非常显著性意义（P<0.01）;治疗组与对照B组比较，差异无显著性意义（P>0.05）。治疗后治疗组白细胞（WBC）、血红蛋白（Hb）和血小板计数（BPC）升高明显，与化疗前比较，差异均有非常显著性意义（P<0.01）。治疗组治疗后化疗完成率、化疗KPS评分等各项指标均显著优于对照A组，差异均有非常显著性意义（P<0.01）；恶心、呕吐发生率、HB减少发生率和BPC减少发生率亦低于对照B组，差异均有显著性意义（P<0.05）。结论：升柏和味海参口服液在恶性肿瘤化疗后具有升高WBC、减少毒副反应的作用。

English Summary:

To investigate therapeutic effectiveness of Sheng Bai Hewei holothurians Oral Liquid in treatment of chem-induced leucopenia.Methods:126 malignant tumor cases were randomly grouped to the treatment group (43 cases) orally taking the liquid, the control A group using Batilol and Vit.B₄, and the control B group injected with rh-GSF.Results:The total effective rate and obvious effective rate were 90.7% and 60.5% respectively in the treatment group, those of the control A group were 78.0% and 43.9%, of the Control B group were 95.2% and 73.8% respectively. Those of the treatment group and of the Control B group were not significantly different from each other (P>0.05) and they were in comparison with those of the control A group (P<0.01). In the treatment group，WBC, HB, and BPC were very significantly higher after treatment (P<0.01), while the chemo completion rate and KPS rating were very significantly improved than those of Control A group (P<0.01).Besides, incidence rates of nausea and vomiting, of HB decrease, of BPC decrease were significantly lower than those of the Control B group (P<0.05). Conclusions:Sheng Bai Hewei holothurians Oral Liquid can alleviate toxic or side effects of chemotherapy in malignant tumor by raising WBC level.
