| 目的：观察益气开秘方联合生物反馈治疗脾气虚弱型便秘的临床疗效。方法：对照组30例口服益气开秘方治疗，配合提肛锻炼；治疗组30例在与对照组治疗相同的基础上用生物反馈治疗，观察治疗前后患者的中医症状积分、肛门直肠压力变化，并评价疗效。结果：2组治疗前后的中医症状积分、肛门直肠压力变化及临床治愈率比较均有统计学意义（P<0.01），治疗组总有效率86.66%，对照组分别为50%，2组比较有统计学意义（P<0.01）。结论：益气开秘方联合生物反馈治疗脾气虚弱型便秘具有较好的临床疗效，适宜功能性便秘脾气虚弱型患者。 |

| To observe the clinical efficacy of Yiqi Kaimi formulation combined with biofeedback technology on constipation of spleen deficiency syndrome.Methods:Thirty cases of the control group were treated with Yiqi Kaimi formulation by oral taken and biofeedback technology. the traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) symptoms, and anorectal manometry were observed.Results:Scores on TCM symptoms, anorectal manometry of the two groups were significantly different before and after the treatment（P<0.01) .the efficacy rates of the treatment group about TCM about total effective rate were 86.66% , which were higher than those of control group.Conclusion:Yiqi Kaimi Formulation combined with biofeedback technology has better effect on treating the constipation of spleen deficiency syndrome. |
