| 目的：研究中药复方金衡灵对乳腺癌术后化疗毒副反应的补充治疗作用。方法：将乳腺癌术后均采用TE（多西他赛+表阿霉素）方案化疗的患者分成治疗组和对照组，治疗组、对照组分别服用6个疗程的金衡灵、安慰剂。观察并比较2组患者化疗的毒副反应。结果：化疗后2组脱发、腹泻、口腔炎、感染、过敏、粒缺性发热等发生率均很低，无统计学意义。从化疗第3个疗程开始，治疗组恶心呕吐的发生率明显低于对照组（P<0.05）；从第2个疗程开始，治疗组虚弱的发生率明显低于对照组（P<0.05）。结论：中药复方金衡灵在缓解乳腺癌术后化疗毒副反应方面有明显效果，可以提高患者抗病能力和生活质量。 |

| To observe the effect of Chinese herbal compound Jinhengling on relieving chemotherapy side effects in postoperative patients of breast cancer.Methods:Patients treated with Docetaxel and Epirubicin were divided into two groups. the treatment group were given compound Jinhengling，while the control group were given placebo for six courses.Results:After chemotherapy，the incidence of hair loss，diarrhea，stomatitis，infection，allergies and fever were very low in the two groups. Started from the 3rd course of treatment，the incidence of nausea and vomiting in the treatment group were lower(P<0.05)than in the control group; Started from the 2nd course of treatment，the incidence of weakness in the treatment group was lower(P<0.05)than in the control group.Conclusion:The compound Jinhengling has obvious effect on relieving chemotherapy side effects in postoperative patients of breast cancer，and can improve the immunity and life quality of breast cancer patients. |
