| 动脉粥样硬化是目前我国的主要死亡原因，因而宜积极预防其发生，合理膳食、适当运动活动等、服用中药（脑心通胶囊，通心络胶囊，血脂康胶囊，脂必泰胶囊，生三七粉等）或西药（阿托伐他汀钙立普妥，非诺贝特片力平之，辛伐他汀舒降之，延长缓释型烟酸，依折麦布片,拜阿斯匹林，氯吡格雷，西洛他唑等）等措施被循证医学证实100％有效；已发生的宜积极治疗，防止病变发展并争取逆转；已发生器官功能障碍的宜及时治疗，防止其恶化，延长其寿命。正确的诊治至关重要，这是我们临床医生必须做到的。 |

| Atherosclerosis is the main cause of death for Chinese people,so it is necessary to actively prevent its occurrence.The methods include reasonable diet,appropriate exercise and taking chinese medicine (suchas Naoxintong capsule,Tongxinluo capsule,Xuezhikang capsule,Zhibitai capsule and Raw radices pseudoginseng powder, or western medicine suchas Atorvastatin Calcium(Liptor),Fenofibrate Tablets,Simvastatin,Extended release niacin,Ezetimibe Tablets,Aspirin(Bayer),Clopidogrel Hydrogen Sulfate Tablets and Cilostazol have been both proved 100% effective by evidence-based medicine.The patients with atherosclerosis need to be treated actively ,prevented the development of pathological changes and fighted for improvement and recovering of condition.The patients with organ dysfunction caused by serious atherosclerosis need to be treated timely,prevented its deterioration and prolonged their lifetime.It is important that correct diagnosis and treatment be given,which is what clinicians should be able to do. |
