| 方剂是中医临床治疗的重要手段，历代医家对其均有不同程度的整理和发挥，方剂数量在不断增长。任何事物都在不断运动变化，动态变化，兴衰增减也必然体现在中医方剂发展变化过程中。通过普查、筛选、合并、挖掘，去粗取精，去伪存真从浩如烟海的古今方剂中筛选出既能有效记忆，又切合临床需要的中医临床基本方剂，从前人多做加法到客观合理的减法，并结合临床和实验有所创新是中医临床方剂筛选的重要目的。 |

Everything is constantly and dynamicly changing, so is the change of prescription. Through a census, screening, merging, mining, discriminating, To filter out from the multitude of ancient and modern prescription the prescriptions which are easy tomemorize, and also can meet the clinical needs. From the former addition to an reasonable subtraction, Combining with clinical and experimental research to make innovation is an important objective of clinical Chinese medicine prescription screening. |
