| 目的:利用小鼠生殖道感染支原体的模型，研究盆炎汤对小鼠生殖细胞凋亡的影响。方法:昆明雌小鼠63只，随机分7组，采用注射外源性雌激素、阴道接种血清8型Uu菌株的方法建立模型。西药采用阿奇霉素、中药用朱南孙教授的经验方盆炎汤。结果: 1)白介素-1β模型组与正常组相比较有统计学意义(P<0.05)，其余各组之间相比较无统计学意义(P>0.05);白介素-6各组间相比较无统计学意义(P>0.05); 2)子宫组织细胞凋亡率各组之间无统计学意义(P>0.05);阴道组织细胞凋亡各组与模型组相比较均有统计学意义(P<0.05);但各干预组之间无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:盆炎汤对Uu的生长有一定的抑制作用;盆炎汤可以减轻支原体对机体的病理损伤，抑制炎症因子的产生及生殖细胞的凋亡。 |

| Through investigating the expressions of cells apoptosis of vagina and uteri，to discus the mechanism of Pen Yan Tang curing Ureaplasma urealyticum.Methods:Young adult female mice of strain KM were used.Sixty-three mice were divided into 7 groups randomly to be observed and compared in the trial.The medicine were Azithromycin and Pen Yan Tang.All mice were given Estradiol benzoate subcutaneously on four occasions，at weekly intervals.The serovar 8 of Ureaplasma urealyticum was inoculated intravaginally into all of the mice except the normal group at the same time as the mice received the second dose of Estradiol benzoate.Results: 1)The IL-1β level of the model group was increased，the difference with normal group was statistically significant(P<0.05);The IL-1β levels of all the treatment groups had no significantly difference(P>0.05);The IL-6 levels of all the groups had no significantly difference(P>0.05); 2)The uteri cells apoptosis rates of all the groups had no significantly difference(P>0.05);The vagina cells apoptosis rate of the model group was higher than the other groups(P<0.05);the vagina cells apoptosis rates of all the treatment groups had no significantly difference(P>0.05).Conclusion:Pen Yan Tang can inhibit the growth of Uu.Pen Yan Tang could reduce the pathological damage to the host，inhibit the expressions of inflammatory factor and germ cell apoptosis. |
