| 目的：建立肤疾洗剂中苦参碱的含量测定方法。方法：采用HPLC法，使用C18柱色谱柱，流动相为0.016mol·L-1磷酸二氢钾-0.016mol·L-1十二烷基硫酸钠-乙腈（30︰30︰35），流速1.0mL·min-1，检测波长220nm。结果：在0.515～5.15μg范围内苦参碱线性关系良好，平均回收率为98.73%，RSD为1.01%。结论：该方法能够对肤疾洗剂中苦参碱进行准确、快速的定量检测。 |

| To establish the method for determination of the content of matrine in Fuji Lotion.Methods:C18 column was used with gradient elution of 0.016mol·L-1 monobasic potassium phosphate -0.016mol·L-1 sodium dodecyl sulfate-acetonitrile (30:30:35)as mobile phase by flow rate of 1.0 mL·min-1，and the detection wavelength was 220nm.Results:The cabibration curves of matrine was in good linearity over the range of 0.515～5.15μg (r=0.9999).The average recoverage of matrine was 98.73% (n=6，RSD 1.01%).Conclusion:The method is accurate and quick for determination of Fuji Lotion. |
