      目的:观察天枢对正常大鼠、便秘模型大鼠、腹泻模型大鼠肠运动功能的调节作用,探讨针刺天枢对肠运动功能的双向调节作用机制。方法:60只SD大鼠随机分为正常组、便秘模型组、腹泻模型组,每组20只。冰水灌胃建立便秘模型大鼠,番泻叶灌胃建立腹泻模型大鼠。用水囊测压技术和多导电生理记录系统记录正常大鼠和模型大鼠的空肠运动和远端结肠运动,针刺天枢穴,捻转行针1 min,平补平泻,120次/min,观察针刺前后肠运动的改变。结果:1)正常大鼠,针刺天枢降低了空肠收缩的频率和波幅(P<001,P<001),抑制了空肠的收缩;腹泻大鼠模型中,针刺天枢降低了空肠运动的频率和波幅(P<001,P<001)。针刺天枢对正常和腹泻状态大鼠的空肠运动有明显的抑制作用。2)正常大鼠,针刺天枢增加了远端结肠运动的频率和波幅(P<001,P<005);便秘模型大鼠,针刺天枢使远端结肠的运动加快,波幅增大(P<005,P<001)。针刺天枢对正常和便秘状态的大鼠远端结肠运动均有明显的促进作用。结论:针刺天枢对不同节段肠运动呈现不同的调节方向,即抑制空肠运动、促进远端结肠运动,针刺天枢通过节段性体表-交感反射抑制空肠的运动,通过体表-副交感反射促进远端结肠的运动。这可能是针刺天枢对正常、腹泻和便秘动物模型肠运动的双向调节机制。
English Summary:
      To observe the effect of acupuncture on intestinal motility in normal, diarrhea and constipation model rats, so as to explore the underlying mechanism of bidirection regulation of acupuncture at ST25.Methods:Sixty anesthetized SD rats were randomized into normal group, diarrhea group and constipation group (20 in each group). Rat model of constipation was constructed by intragastric infusion of ice water, and rat model of diarrhea was constructed by intragastric infusion of folium sennae. The intestinal contractility was recorded with manometric balloons put into the jejunal and distal colonic lumens. Acupuncture was applied to unilateral ST 25 (Tianshu). The needle was rotated clockwise and anti clockwise at 2 Hz for 60 s. Results: The mean frequency and amplitude of jejunum motility during acupuncture at ST25 were significantly decreased compared to baseline both in normal and diarrhea model rats (P<001,P<001). Whereas for distal colon, the mean frequency and amplitude were significantly increased by acupuncture at ST25 both in normal and constipation model rats (P<001,P<005). Conclusion: The results of the present study suggest that acupuncture at ST25 induces bidirection regulations, as inhibitory effect in jejunum and excitatory effect in dinstal colon, via somato sympathetic excitation and sacral parasympathenic excitation.
