| 中医学之理法有千变，方药有万化，然医道虽繁，约之“邪正”而已，故临证之时，论治之际宜执简驭繁，以“邪正”为导向，以“扶正祛邪”为治则，此乃执两端而驭全盘之准绳。邪正内涵阐发于《内经》，扶正祛邪治则落实于《伤寒论》，扶正祛邪精蕴继承于后世医家。 |
| English Summary: |
| As we know, there are changeable principles of treatment and prescriptions and herbs in Chinese medicine theory. We can summarize the complex principles as Xie and Zheng（vital qi and pathogenic qi. In clinical practice，it is considered that the treatment can be more simple with “supporting vital qi and dispelling pathogenic qi” for guidance. The Xie and Zheng（vital qi and pathogenic qi）was elaborated in Canon of Medicine while strengthening body resistance and eliminating pathogenic qi was carried out in Treatise on Exogenous Febrile Diseases, and the latter idea has been inherited in the later medical practitioners. |
