      目的:探讨糖尿病患者发生并发症之年龄与体质之相关性,为早期防治糖尿病并发症提供依据。方法:选择已出现并发症之糖尿病患者166例作为研究对象,按照并发症发生之年龄分为8组,并对各年龄段体质特征和分布规律之结果进行统计分析。结果:糖尿病并发糖尿病肾病最多,占271%;糖尿病并发糖尿病足最少,仅占60%。55~59岁糖尿病患者发生并发症最多,占217%;80岁以上最少,仅占18%。发生糖尿病并发症之患者以阴虚质和气虚质居多,分别为92例及91例;平和质最少,仅有10例。湿热质、血瘀质及气郁质糖尿病患者发生并发症之年龄与体质存在相关性(P<005)。结论:糖尿病患者容易并发糖尿病肾病,发生并发症之年龄主要分布在55~59岁;以阴虚质及气虚质多见,湿热质、血瘀质及气郁质等3种体质与年龄存在明显相关性,上述结论可为早期防治糖尿病并发症提供理论支持及循证依据。
English Summary:
      To investigate the correlation of age and constitution in patients with major diabetes complications, and provide the early prevention measures. Methods: A total of 166 patients were divided into 8 groups in accordance with patients’ age at which the complications occurred, and the results of constitution and distribution were statistically analyzed. Results: Diabetic nephropathy was ranked as No.1 diabetic complications (27.1%); diabetic foot the last (only 6.0%). Diabetic patients between 55 59 years old, were most likely to have diabetic complications (21.7%), while patients over 80 years old were the least likely (only 1.8%). Most patients was either Yin insufficiency constitution (n=92) or Qi insufficiency constitution (n=91), compared to 10 cases with mildly constitution. This research showed that age is correlated to constitutions (dampness heat constitution, or blood stasis constitution or Qi stagnation constitution) in patients having major diabetes complications (P<005). Conclusion: Diabetes patients with Yin insufficiency constitution or Qi insufficiency constitution are prone to diabetic nephropathy. Other three types, i.e. dampness heat, blood stasis and Qi stagnation were significantly correlated with age. These conclusions are intended to offer theoretical support and evidence based medicine for preventing diabetic complications at early stage.
