中文摘要:

目的：观察健脾补肾方加减联合华蟾素治疗消化道恶性肿瘤的临床疗效。方法：64例随机分二组，治疗组中药健脾补肾方加减联合华蟾素补液治疗，对照组华蟾素补液治疗。结果：治疗组在神疲乏力、头昏目眩、纳呆、口干、盗汗的中医症状改善程度上优于对照组(P<001)。在生活质量（KPS）及免疫指标的改善、临床获益率等方面比较，治疗组均优于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P<005）；在外周血血红蛋白、白细胞、血小板下降等不良反应发生方面比较，差异有统计学意义（P<005）。但对实体瘤近期有效率（CR+PR）方面组间差异无统计学意义（P>005）。结论：健脾补肾方加减联合华蟾素治疗消化道恶性肿瘤，改善临床症候和生活质量，提高免疫指标，并减少治疗中的不良反应。

English Summary:

To observe the therapeutic effect of invigorating Spleen and tonifying Kidney decoction combined with cinobufotalin on gastrointestinal malignancies. Methods:A total of 64 patients were randomly divided into 2 groups. The treatment group was treated with invigorating Spleen and tonifying Kidney decoction combined with cinobufotalin, while the control group was treated with cinobufotalin. Results: The symptoms of treatment group, such as fatigue, dizziness, poor appetite, thirst, night sweats, had significantly improved than control group (P<0.01). There was significant difference between treatment group and control group in the quality of life (KPS), immune parameters and clinical benefit rate（P<0.05）. The differences of peripheral blood hemoglobin, white blood cells, thrombocytopenia and other adverse reactions between the two groups were significant (P<0.05). But in solid tumor response rate (CR + PR), the difference between two groups had no statistical significance (P> 0.05). Conclusion: The invigorating Spleen and tonifying Kidney decoction combined with cinobufotalin can cure gastrointestinal malignancies, improve the clinical symptoms and quality of life, enhance the level of the immune parameters, and reduce the adverse reactions in the treatment.
