| 目的：观察通窍活血汤加减治疗急性脑梗死的临床疗效。方法：56例急性脑梗死患者随机分为观察组和对照组各28例，2组均给予常规治疗，观察组给予通窍活血汤加减口服，对照组给予疏血通注射液静脉滴注，15天后比较2组的神经功能缺损评分、血液流变学指标和高敏C反应蛋白。结果：观察组的总有效率为964%，显著高于对照组的714%，差异有统计学意义（P<005）；治疗后2组的神经功能缺损评分、血液流变学指标和高敏C反应蛋白均有显著改善，观察组与对照组比较差异有统计学意义（P<005）。结论：通窍活血汤加减治疗急性脑梗死疗效显著，可以改善患者的血流变，降低高敏C反应蛋白水平，值得在临床推广使用。 |

| To observe the clinical effect of Tongqiao Huoxue decoction for acute cerebral infarction.Methods:A total of 56 cases were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, 28 cases in each group. The two groups were both given conventional treatment. The treatment group was given Tongqiao Huoxue decoction; while the control group was given Shuxuetong injection. NIHSS, hemorheology and high sensitivity C reactive protein (hs CRP) were compared after 15 days.Results:The total effective rate of treatment group was 96.4%, which was significantly higher than that of control group (71.4%)(P<005). NIHSS, hemorheology and hs CRP of the two groups were significantly improved after treatment, and treatment group was more significant than control group(P<005).Conclusion:Tongqiao Huoxue decoction has obvious therapeutic effect for acute cerebral infarction. It can improve hemorheology and reduce hs CRP level, and is worthy of clinical use. |
