| 目的:观察痔术后应用祛毒二黄活血汤湿敷的疗效。方法：选择实施ECTCI+外痔切除手术的混合痔患者142例，随机分为治疗组71例，对照组71例，治疗组使用祛毒二黄活血汤药棉温热浸透后外敷，对照组碘伏外敷，观察疼痛、伤口水肿、肛门坠胀等指标。 结果：在改善术后水肿、延迟愈合、肛门坠胀方面，治疗组优于对照组（P<0.05）。结论：对混合痔患者施行ECTCI+外痔切除治疗后，配合祛毒二黄活血汤外敷，可以很好地预防术后水肿、延迟愈合、肛门坠胀等并发症，减轻痛苦、缩短疗程。 |

| To observe the effects of Qudu Erhuang Huoxue Soup for postoperative hemorrhoids. Methods:A total of 142 mixed hemorrhoids cases performed with ECTCI and external hemorrhoids operation were chosen and divided randomly into two groups. The treatment group(n=64) was given Qudu Erhuang Huoxue Decoction, and the control group(n=71) was treated with Iodine v. Pain, wound edema and anal drop bilge feeling were assessed. Results: The treatment group was superior to the control group in improving wound edema, delayed healing and anal drop bilge feeling (P<0.05). Conclusion: Qudu Erhuang Huoxue Decoction will promote the prevention of complications after ECTCI and external hemorrhoids operation, such as wound edema, delayed healing, anal drop bilge feeling. It also can relieve patients’ suffering and shorten the treatment course. |
