| 目的：观察针刺结合吞咽训练治疗假性延髓麻痹的临床疗效。方法：对照组常规药物治疗，主要包括改善脑循环、控制脑水肿、保护脑细胞、调控血压及鼻饲饮食、静脉营养支持等对症处置。治疗组在对照组治疗基础上应用针刺并结合吞咽训练治疗。结果：治疗组临床总有效率967%，对照组总有效率为733%。结论：本法对由脑血管疾病导致假性延髓麻痹的吞咽障碍、发音障碍等症状有十分显著疗效。 |

| To observe the effect of acupuncture combined with swallowing training in treating pseudobulbar palsy.Methods:The control group received conventional drug treatment, including improving cerebral circulation, controlling the development of cerebral edema, protecting the cerebral cells, regulating blood pressure and nasal feeding diet, parenteral nutrition. Based on this, the treatment group was given acupuncture combined with swallowing training treatment.Results:The total effective rate of treatment group was 96.7%, while the control group was 73.3%.Conclusion:The treatment of acupuncture combined with swallowing training has remarkable curative effect for symptoms of pseudobulbar palsy caused by cerebrovascular disease. |
