| To introduce the preparation technology for compound desmodium paste, and establish its TLC identification method.Methods:TLC was used to identify Radix Bupleuri, desmodium and Radix Paeoniae alba in Compound desmodium paste.Results:There were positive reaction on developed TLC spots.Conclusion:Preparation technology is simple, and the TLC identification method is reproducible and can be used for the quality control for this medicine. |
