| 目的：简述近年来脊髓损伤后下肢深静脉栓塞（DVT）的预防或治疗的研究进展，以期能为褥疮的防治提供一定的参考。方法：对脊髓损伤后DVT的病因、流行病学特点作简要介绍，对脊髓损伤后DVT的预防和治疗作简要分析。结果：脊髓损伤后下肢DVT所带来的危害性极大，应以预防为主；对下肢DVT的治疗目的是缓解其急性期的主要症状，最大限度地预防肺栓塞的发生；中西医结合防治脊髓损伤后下肢DVT效果好，安全性高。结论：中医药配合现代医学对DVT的预防和治疗具有临床的效价比方面的优越性，具有不良反应少，安全性高等优点。 |

| To briefly summarize the research progress on prevention and treatment of deep venous thrombosis (DVT), so as to provide some reference information for the prevention and treatment of DVT. Methods: This article gave a brief introduction on the pathogenesis and epidemiological characteristics of DVT, and made a analysis on prevention and treatment of DVT after spinal cord injury. Results: The damage of DVT after spinal cord injury was severe, so the prevention shall be principal; the treatment of DVT was to relieve the main symptoms of acute phase, to maximize the prevention of pulmonary embolism; integrative medicine for prevention and treatment of deep venous thrombosis after spinal cord injury was safe and effective. Conclusion: Chinese medicine combined with modern medicine shows better clinical effectiveness with less adverse reactions and higher safety. |
