| 目的：观察益肾汤配合西药治疗IgA肾病（IgAN）伴高血压的临床疗效。方法：将收治的IgAN伴高血压患者71例按入院顺序的奇数、偶数分为治疗组36例和对照组35例，所有患者均给予相同的对症支持治疗，同时口服洛汀新降压、泼尼松防治肾衰竭；治疗组另外给予自拟益肾汤治疗，疗程结束后对比观察肾功能的改善效果。结果：治疗后2组患者血压平稳，尿蛋白定量、尿沉渣红细胞计数、血肌酐水平均较治疗前有显著改善，治疗组优于对照组（P<0.05）；治疗组不良反应发生率显著低于对照组（P<0.05）。结论：益肾汤配合西药治疗IgAN伴高血压疗效肯定，且能够降低西药的不良反应发生率。 |

| To observe Yishen decoction combined with Western medicine in the treatment of patients with IgA nephropathy (IgAN) and hypertension.Methods:Seventy-one hospitalized IgAN patients with hypertension were divided to treatment group (n=36) and control group (n=35) according to order of admission. All patients were given the same symptomatic treatment and lotensin orally to prevent renal failure; Treatment group took yishen decoction in addition. Renal function was examined after treatment.Results:Blood pressure stabled after treatment; urine protein quantitative, red cell counts in urine residue, creatine level had significantly improved than before treatment, the treatment group was better than the control group (P<0.05); adverse reaction occurrence rate was significantly lower than control groups (P<0.05).Conclusion:Yishen decoction combined with western medicine in the treatment of IgAN with hypertension can reduce the incidence of adverse reactions of western medicine. |
