| 目的:探讨芍药舒筋片对大鼠膝骨关节炎软骨病理、血清中前列腺素2(Prostaglandin E2,PGE2)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(Tumor Necrosis Factor-α,TNF-α)及Ⅱ型前胶原羧基端前肽(Carboxyterminal Propeptide of Type Ⅱ Procollagen,PⅡCP)水平的影响。方法:将60只SD大鼠分成假手术组,模型组,阳性药组,受试药高、中、低剂量组,采用经典前交叉韧带切断术(Anterior Cruciate Ligament Transection,ACLT)手术造模,成模后灌胃给药4周后处死,分离血清及取术侧膝关节进行PGE2、TNF-α、PⅡCP检测和病理观察。结果:光镜下显示关节软骨发生退变,膝骨关节炎模型成功;ELISA检测血清指标PGE2、PⅡCP提示,芍药舒筋片受试药组与模型组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。而血清TNF-α含量与模型组比较,具有降低趋势。结论:芍药舒筋片对大鼠膝骨关节炎有一定的抗炎、延缓软骨退化、保护软骨的作用。 |

| To explore the effect of Shaoyao Shujin tablet on the cartilage pathology, PGE2, TNF-α and the level of PⅡCP of the rat with knee joint inflammation. Methods:Sixty SD rats were divided into the 6 groups: fake surgery group, model group, control group, high-dose test group, mid-dose test group and the low-dose test group. The Anterior Cruciate Ligament Transection, ACLT were given to rats in the latter 5 groups to establish knee osteoarthritis model. Abdominal aortic blood was separated and the surgery side of the knee was taken after 4 weeks of drug administration. The serum with PGE2, TNF-α and PⅡCP were checked out after separation. Results:The morphological changes of articular cartilage under optical microscope indicated that the model was successful. The concentration of PGE2 and PⅡCP showed statistically significant differences between the test groups and the model group. And the concentration of TNF-α in the test groups had a decreasing trend compared with that in the model group. Conclusion: Shaoyao Shujin tablet can be anti-inflammatory, delay the degeneration of the knee osteoarthritis articular cartilage and so as to protect the articular cartilage. |
