目的：采取随机、对照、多中心试验的设计方法，客观评价丹卿方熏洗治疗肛肠疾病(痔、瘘)术后的临床疗效。方法：三个中心(龙华医院、普陀医院、天山中医医院)各完成100例患者，共300例患者，按1：1随机分为两组，每组150例。治疗组采用丹卿方(散瘀止痛方)熏洗，对照组采用痔疾洗剂，2次/d，用药2周。观察术后第1 d、2 d、7 d、2周两组术后水肿、疼痛、两组创面肉芽生长、上皮爬生情况等。结果：1)改善术后水肿及疼痛方面：治疗组在术后改善水肿方面：1 d、2 d、7 d积分优于对照组(P<0.05)，水肿消退时间：治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。在术后改善疼痛方面：2 d、7 d积分优于对照组;熏洗止痛时间1 d、2 d积分优于对照组(P<0.05)。2)在术后创面愈合方面：在术后7 d时创面肉芽量和术后14 d时上皮组织量治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论：两组患者治疗后统计分析，治疗组较对照组，更能改善肛肠疾病术后的水肿、疼痛，而且更能促进创面肉芽及上皮组织的生长，促进创面愈合。

English Summary:

To evaluate the curative effect of Danqing Decoction in treating postoperative anorectal disease(hemorrhoids， fistula) by fumigation and washing with multicenter randomized controlled design method.Methods：Three centers (Longhua Hospital， Putuo Hospital， Tianshan Chinese Medicine Hospital) each included 100 patients and randomized them 1：1 into two groups.The treatment group used Danqing Decoction(Sanyuzhitong Decoction) to fumigate and wash two weeks， while the control group used Zhijixiji， 2 times each day.Treatment outcome of 1 day， 2 day， one week and two weeks after the surgeries were observed， including edema， pain， granulation and epithelial growth.Results：1) As for improving postoperative edema， the treatment group was better than the control group in 1d， 2d， 7d (P<0.05); as for the edema regression time， the treatment group was better than the control group (P<0.05).In the aspects of improving postoperative pain， the treatment group was better than the control group in 2d， 7d (P<0.05); as for the time of analgesia， the treatment group was better than the control group in 1d， 2d (P<0.05). 2) In the aspects of postoperative wound healing， the treatment group was better than the control group in 7d; in terms of epithelial growth， the treatment group was better than the control group in 14d (P<0.05).Conclusion：Danqiing Decoction is effective in treating post-operative patients with pain and edema， improving postoperative granulation and epithelial growth to promote wound healing.
