| 《古今医案按》是清代著名医家俞震的代表著作。书中选取历代名医医案60余家，案例约1 060余则。案后附有经俞氏精心点评的按语530余条，很多不乏独到见解。本书既是研究历代名医临床经验的必读之作，又是了解俞氏学术思想的宝贵资料，为了更好地学习与应用《古今医案按》，笔者将该书的学术特色进行归纳总结。 |
| English Summary: |
| “Gu Jin Yi An An” is the representative book of Zhen Yu, a famous doctor in Qing dynasty. It selected over 60 medical records of the past great physicians involving more than 1 060 medical cases. After the description of all the cases, Dr. Yu gave more than 530 pieces of comments in his own opinions. This book is not only necessary for studying the clinical experience from past physicians but also a precious material to help to understand the academic thoughts of Yu. In order to better learn and apply the idea from 《Gu Jin Yi An An》, we summarized its features into the following four points. Any suggestion and correction would be appreciated. |
