目的：初步了解长航后的水面舰艇艇员中医体质状况，有针对性的为长航人员提供健康保障，根据其体质类型分布状况和趋势为积极预防、治疗相关疾病提供可靠的依据和方向。方法：整群抽取长航后官兵155人。中医体质调查采用标准化的中医体质量表实施，体质类型的判定应用判别分析法。结果：水面舰艇艇员长航后体质分布为：平和质31例（20%），单纯偏颇体质34例（21.9%），兼夹偏颇体质90例（58.1%）。8种偏颇体质排在前三位的是：气虚质、痰湿质、湿热质。体质分布因婚姻状况、文化程度及年龄的不同而出现差异。结论：长航后水面舰艇艇员的9种中医体质类型分布存在一定的差异性。气虚质、痰湿质、湿热质位居偏颇体质的前三位。婚姻状况、年龄及文化程度等都是导致长航人员出现此特点的重要因素。因时、因地、因人制宜，对增强长航官兵身体素质、保证航行安全、提高部队战斗力具有重要的战略意义。

English Summary:

To investigate the TCM constitution of soldiers in escort troops, so as to provide better health care for them according to their constitution types distribution. Methods： One hundred and fifty five soldiers in escort were involved in this study and standardized TCM Constitution Questionnaire was used. Results： The constitution distribution of escort soliders were as follows： normal constitution 31 cases (20%), biased constitution 34 cases (21.9%), the accompanying biased.Conclusion： 90 cases (58.1%). In 8 cases of biased constitution, the top three were qi deficiency, phlegm-dampness and damp-heat. Marital status, age and educational level affect the constitution characteristics. Treatment in accordance with seasonal conditions, location and individuality can ensure the health of escort soldiers, as well as the navigation safety and the combat power enhancement.
