| 三因制宜学说是中医的基本治则之一，是整体观念和辨证论治的具体体现。随着疾病谱的变化，三因制宜学时得到了进一步的丰富和发展。运用三因制宜学说指导肿瘤的防治，与现代医学中的个体化治疗是不谋而合的。本文从“因时制宜”“因地制宜”“因人制宜”三个方面阐述了三因学说在肿瘤防治中的运用。 |

| The theory of the three categories of etiologic factors is the basic rule of traditional Chinese medicine.It is one of the concrete manifestations of the holism and treatment based on syndrome differentiation.With the change of disease spectrums，the theory of the three categories of etiologic factors is enriched and developed further.Using the theory of the three categories of etiologic factors for tumor prevention and cure is perfectly in agreement with individualized treatment in modern medicine without previous consultation.This article describes the use of the theory of the three categories of etiologic factors in the prevention and treatment of tumor from three aspects which contain differences among people in climate，locality and individual. |
