目的：观察风湿祛痛胶囊结合穴位注射治疗类风湿性关节炎的疗效。方法：2013年3月1日至2014年5月31日我院门诊共接诊类风湿性关节炎病例共68例，将患者按照就诊顺序半随机1：1分为2组。I组（对照组）采用穴位注射治疗，II组（研究组）采用穴位注射治疗，额外加用风湿祛痛胶囊，疗程8周。比较2个组治疗后的总有效率、晨僵时间、压痛关节数、肿胀关节数。结果：I组总有效率64.7%，II组为79.4%，2个组的差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。2个组在晨僵时间、压痛关节数、肿胀关节数等方面均有显著改善（P<0.05）。其中，II组在压痛关节数、肿胀关节数改善方面疗效好于I组（P<0.05）。结论：风湿祛痛胶囊结合穴位注射治疗类风湿性关节炎具有疗效好、安全、简便的优点，尤其风湿祛痛胶囊在改善患者症状，提高患者生活质量方面有一定优势，临床实用价值较高，值得临床推广应用。

English Summary:

To observe the curative effect of acupoint injection combined with Fengshi Qutong capsule in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis(RA). Methods:A total of 68 cases that diagnosed of RA that enrolled from March 1 of 2013 to May 31 of 2014 in out patient of our hospital were randomly divided into 2 groups. Group I (control group) was treated with acupoint injection therapy, and group II (Study Group) was treated by acupoint injection therapy combined with Fengshi Qutong capsule. The treatment course was 8 weeks. To compare the total effective rate, time of morning stiffness, tender joint count, swollen joint count between the two groups after treatment. Results:The total effective rate was 64.7% In I group and 79.4% in II group(P>0.05). The two groups were both significantly improved in the time of morning stiffness, tender joint count, swollen joint count comparing with pre treatment(P<0.05). The II group has better improvement in tender joint count and swollen joint count than group I(P>0.05). Conclusion:Fengshi Qutong capsule combined with acupoint injection has good curative effect, well safety, and it is convenient in treating. It performs well in improving symptoms and the quality of patients life. Therefore, it has high clinical practical value, and it is worthy to be popularized in clinical application.
