| 从肾的生理功能、病理变化及肾与肝脾二脏的关系等方面，论述了肾与高血压发生发展的密切关系。从肾论治高血压病，就是通过补肾填精、滋补肝肾、温补肾阳、活血化瘀祛痰诸法调理肾脏功能以调整阴阳，并配合健脾和胃、疏肝、柔肝之法使肝脾肾功能及阴阳平衡协调，为临床提供新的诊疗思路，为中医临证提供新的理论借鉴。作者从中医角度探讨高血压病因病机、临床表现及与肾脏的密切关系，现浅议如下。 |

| This paper discuss the close correlation between kidney and hypertension from the aspect of renal physiological function,pathological changes and the relationship between kidney,liver and spleen.Treating hypertension,from regulating kidney is through tonify kidney and fill kidney essence,nourishing the liver and kidney,warm tonifying kidney yang,promoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis and expel dampness and phlegm to balance yin and yang.Also,by harmonizing spleen and stomach,regulating and softening liver to restore the balance of yin and yang.This can provide a new thinking pattern in TCM syndrome differentiation and treatment. |
