目的：观察中药联合窄谱中波紫外线治疗白癜风的临床效果。方法：选取2013年1月至2014年12月我院皮肤科门诊收治的120例白癜风患者，按照接诊先后顺序随机分为对照组60例和实验组60例，对照组单纯采用中药内服治疗，实验组在对照组基础上给予窄谱中波紫外线治疗，对比2组患者经过治疗后总有效率及皮损复色率，并对比2组患者治疗前后IL-22、IL-6及TNF-α水平。结果：经过治疗后，此次研究所得数据经过分析后得出，实验组患者治疗总有效率及皮损复色率均高于对照组，并且在研究中发现患者IL-22、IL-6及TNF-α水平均有所下降，实验组优于对照组，2组患者经治疗后IL-22水平差异显著，具有统计学意义（P<0.05）；2组患者经过传统中药联合窄谱中波紫外线治疗后，实验组和对照组均出现不良反应患者，对照组患者出现2例轻度瘙痒，1例胃肠不适，不良反应发生率为5.0%；观察组出现2例红斑，不良反应发生率约为3.3%。但不良反应发生率经数据分析后得出，差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。结论：中药内服联合窄谱中波紫外线治疗白癜风效果显著，操作简单，安全有效，适宜在临床在推广应用。

English Summary:

To observe the clinical effect of Chinese medicine combined with NB-UVB in the treatment of vitiligo. Methods: Total 120 cases of patients with vitiligo during January 2014 and 2015 December in our hospital dermatology clinic were randomly divided into control group (60 cases) and experimental group (60 cases), patients in control group were treated with Chinese medicine treatment, while experimental group were given NB-UVB phototherapy on the basis of control group′s treatment, the total effective and repigmentation rate were compared between the two groups before and after treatment as well as IL-22, IL-6 and TNF-α levels. Results: The total effective and repigmentation rate of the experimental group were higher than those of control group after the treatment, IL-22, IL-6 and TNF-α levels declined in both two groups but the experimental group had significantly better results than the control group, (P<0.05); And there were adverse reactions in both two groups, including 2 cases of mild itching, 1 case of erythema and adverse reaction of rate was about 3.3%. But there was no significant difference in adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05). Conclusion: Chinese medicine combined with NB-UVB phototherapy has clear effect in the treatment of vitiligo, with simple operation, safe and effective results, which is suitable for clinical application.
