| To study the treatment of Longmu Zhuanggu Granule for Vitamin D deficiency rickets treatment and its clinical efficacy and safety. Methods: Total 50 cases of Vitamin D deficiency rickets children were given oral treatment of Longmu Zhuanggu Granule, and then their disease and syndrome curative effect before and after treatment were observed. Results: The effective rate and the improving rate of Chinese medicine syndromes reached 88%. The head, chest bone deformity, late teeth scores has no statistical significances before and after the treatment (P>0.05). Lower limb bone malformation syndrome score had significant difference after the treatment (P<0.05). The scores of appetite, amount of foods, complexion, sweat syndrome, muscles, hair, spirit, night terrors, pillow bald had significant differences after the treatment (P<0.01). Conclusion: The clinical curative effect of Longmu Zhuanggu Granule for Vitamin D deficiency rickets is clear, with obvious improvement on some symptoms including the complexion, sweat, muscles, hair, spirit, night terrors, pillow bald, which has a good clinical application value and prospect. |
