| 阿尔茨海默病(Alzheimer′s Disease,AD)是老年期痴呆最常见的类型,临床表现以持续进行性智能衰退为特征。除了认知缺损和社会生活功能减退外,在绝大部分患者的病程中会出现精神行为症状。但发病机制不清,抗精神病药物的临床应用存在争议,治疗较为困难。中医药对于AD伴精神症状具有较好的临床疗效,文章对第五批全国名老中医田金洲教授以平肝清心安神法诊治AD伴精神症状的临床经验进行总结,介绍其经验方平肝清心安神方,并分享临床效案一则,以便学习提高,继承创新。 |

| Alzheimer′s disease(AD) is the most common type of senile dementia,and its clinical feature is an ongoing recession of intelligence. Except for cognitive impairment and living ability recession,the vast majority of patients will be accompanied by mental symptoms.The pathogenesis of this phenomenon is unclear and the application of anti-psychotic drugs is controversial; while the treatment is difficult. Traditional Chinese medicine treatment for AD with psychiatric symptoms has sound clinical effect. This paper tries to summarize the clinical experience of professor Tian Jinzhou′s ′pacifying liver, clearing hear-fire and calming mind′ method in treating AD with psychotic symptoms and introduce the decoction and ′Pinggan Qingxin Anshen decoction′ in clinical treatment. Besides, this paper shared a case treated by professor Tian Jinzhou for future reference. |
