| 目的：通过文献检索，分析近现代中医外治方药治疗骨痹病的药物组成特点，探讨并归纳其方药特点与遣方用药规律。方法：以近现代医家论治骨痹的医案、方书、骨伤专著及核心学术期刊等为收集对象，采用电子检索和手工检索的方法对上述文献进行查录，对近现代文献中查录的170首骨痹病外治方药的组成及用药规律进行分析与总结。结果：骨痹病外治方药中补虚药、活血化瘀药、祛风湿药的应用最为常见；其中以草乌、川乌、当归、细辛、独活、红花、没药、乳香、威灵仙、透骨草等药物的使用频率最高，对常用高频药物进行聚类分析后得到8个药物组方及常用药对。结论：通过对近现代骨痹病外治方药药物组织及组方规律的研究与分析，佐证了近现代医家对骨痹病本质（虚、邪、瘀）的认识，从而在本病的治法治则和外治方药的组方用药规律上分别体现了相应的特点，对骨痹病外治方药的现代化研究有着重要的指导意义。 |

| To analyze the modern subject to external treatment of the formulas of involving the bone disease sent drug laws，further discussed that the modern physicians understanding of involving the bone disease treatment.Methods:Based on modern physicians differentiation sense，fractures involving the bone basis，monographs and core journals to collect the object，adopts the method of electronic retrieval and manual retrieval for Chinese medical check record，through the system of literature for each subject to external treatment of involving the bone disease to review and summarize the literature of the formulas，determine the disease name，using the method of mathematical statistics to check record of 170 external treatment prescription medication rule for research involving the bone disease.Results:The drug class to make up for virtual medicine，promoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis drugs，medicine(mainly; Medicinal properties is given priority to with warm，hot，flat，cold sex; Ingredients in symplectic taste，bitter and umami is given priority to; By positioning in liver，heart，lung，spleen，kidney，Drug application frequency in radix aconiti，angelica root，kusnezoff monkshood root，frankincense，safflower，asarum，radix clematidis，tougucao，myrrh，live alone for common，through system clustering form eight parties and common medicine.Conclusion:Through the analysis of the characteristics，further confirmed that modern physicians will deficiency，blood stasis and evil as the main pathogenic factors involving the bone disease，both inside and outside the quality for the formula of the formulas on drug law embodies the characteristics of corresponding respectively，to the later scholars in external treatment involving the bone disease has important guiding significance in the modernization of the formulas. |
