| 瓜蒌皮注射液是较早上市的中成药之一,具有使用历史悠久、临床疗效显著等特点。多年临床实践表明,其在活血化瘀、抗血小板聚集、稳定血管内皮和抗自由基等方面效果显著。本文针对近10年来瓜蒌皮注射液在治疗稳定型心绞痛、心律失常、心力衰竭、脑梗死、肺源性心脏病等方面的临床应用进展进行了较系统的总结,为其在临床中进一步的开发和利用提供参考。 |

| Gualoupi (Pericarpium trichosanthis) injection is one of the earliest Chinese patent medicine in market and has remarkable clinical curative effect.Clinical practice shows that it can achieve obvious effect by activating blood and removing blood stasis,anti-platelet aggregation,stabilizing vessel epithelia and anti-free radicals.This paper summarized the studies in Gualoupi (pericarpium trichosanthis) injection in treating stable angina,arrhythmia,cardiac failure,cerebral infarction,pulmonary heart disease in recent years,which can be provided as reference in clinical development and research. |
