| “肝郁克脾”是最常见的中医病机之一，此病机涉及中医情志与神志理论的内容。“肝在志为怒”“脾在志为思”，怒志的生成与表达的矛盾是“肝郁克脾”的核心;“肝藏魂”“脾藏意”“魂”与“意”的内涵和功能是“肝郁克脾”的深层原因。在情志病和神志病范畴的“肝郁克脾”证，认知行为疗法有利于消除肝脾的矛盾，进而为“肝郁克脾”证治提供新思路。 |

| “Liver Depression Restrains Spleen” is one of the most common pathogenesises in Chinese medicine，which refers to emotions and consciousness in the theory of Chinese medicine.“The emotions in liver can be reflected as anger，in spleen as worry.” The contradiction in generation and expression of anger and worry is the core of “Liver Depression Restrains Spleen”.“Liver stores soul，spleen stores consciousness.” The connotation and function of “soul” and “consciousness” is the deep reason of “Liver Depression Restrains Spleen”.In the syndromes of “Liver Depression Restrains Spleen” under the category of emotions and consciousness disease，cognitive behavioral therapy is a good way in defusing the contradiction between the liver and the spleen，which can provide new method in treating “Liver Depression Restrains Spleen”. |
