| 目的：观察益气养阴化瘀解毒方治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎癌前病变气阴两虚挟瘀挟毒证的临床疗效。方法：收集80例PLGC患者，以益气养阴化瘀解毒方为基本方随症加减治疗，1剂/d，分早晚两次服用，连续治疗3个月。观察患者治疗前后临床主要症状和病理组织学的改善情况。结果：治疗后患者各主要症状积分与总积分均明显优于治疗前，差异有统计学意义（P<0.01）；治疗后患者主要病理变化、次要病理变化、主变量积分、次要变量积分及变量总积分均优于治疗前（P<0.05或P<0.01）；80例患者中，显效7例（8.75%），有效59例（73.75%），无效14例（17.50%），临床总有效66例（82.50%）。结论：益气养阴化瘀解毒方对于PLGC气阴两虚挟瘀挟毒证患者的临床主要症状及病理组织学有明显改善作用，且临床疗效肯定。 |

| The observation of the clinical curative effect of Yiqiyangyinhuayujiedu Decoction on the treatment of PLGC with the deficiency of qi and yin with blood stagnation and toxin.Methods:There were 80 patients with PLGC，treated with modified Yiqiyangyinhuayujiedu Decoction as the basic.They were given 1 dose per day，two servings，for 3 months.The main symptoms and pathological changes of the patients before and after treatment were observed.Results:After treatment，the main symptom scores and the total score were significantly higher than before.The difference was statistically significant (P<0.01).After treatment，the main pathological changes，secondary pathological changes，main variable integral，secondary variable integral and total score of the variables were better than before treatment（P<0.05 or P<0.01）.In 80 cases，7 cases were markedly effective (8.75%)，59 cases effective (73.75%)，14 cases ineffective (17.50%)，and clinical total effective cases were 66 (82.50%).Conclusion:The Yiqiyangyinhuayujiedu Decoction has certain efficacy in main symptoms and pathology of PLGC with qi and yin deficiency with blood stagnation and toxin. |
