目的：观察补中益气汤联合酒石酸托特罗定治疗女性压力性尿失禁（SUI）的临床疗效。方法：将80例SUI患者采用数字随机法分为2组，即对照组和治疗组，每组40例患者。对照组给予酒石酸托特罗定治疗。治疗组在对照组基础上加用补中益气汤。疗程3个月，比较2组总有效率和失禁频率、失禁程度、夜尿次数、ICI-Q-SF评分以及I-QOL评分。结果：治疗组总有效率达87.5%，对照组为62.5%，治疗组总有效率优于对照组（P<0.05）。治疗组治疗后失禁频率、失禁程度、夜尿次数、ICI-Q-SF评分、I-QOL评分均较治疗前比较有统计学意义（P<0.05）；而对照组治疗后仅在ICI-Q-SF评分、失禁程度较治疗前比较有统计学意义（P<0.05），2组治疗后比较，治疗组各项指标均优于对照组（P<0.05）。结论：补中益气汤联合酒石酸托特罗定可明显改善SUI患者临床症状，提高生活质量，疗效显著。

English Summary:

To observe the clinical effiacy of Buzhongyiqi decoction combined with tolterodine tartrate on female patients with stress urinary incontinence (SUI).Methods:Eighty SUI patients were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group with 40 cases in each.The control group was administered tolterodine tartrate.The treatment group was added with extra Buzhongyiqi decoction on the basis of therapy in the control group.Both groups were observed for 3 months，and incontinence frequency，incontinence degree，the urination frequency at night the ICI-Q-SF and I-QOL values were compared.Results:The total effective rate in treatment group was 87.5%，while the control group 62.5%，The total effective rate in treatment was better than that in the control group.Comparison between the incontinence frequency，incontinence degree，the urination frequency at night the ICI-Q-SF and I-QOL values before and after treatment in the treatment group were significantly different （P<0.05）;in the control group，only the incontinence degree and ICI-Q-SF values changes had statistical significance (P<0.05).After treatment，the indicators of the treatment group were all better than those of the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:Buzhongyiqi decoction combined with tolterodine tartrate could improve the clinical efficacy of SUI and patient’s life quality．
