目的：研究并探讨中西医结合疗法应用于治疗闭合性肋骨骨折合并血胸、气胸的临床效果。方法：于2012年1月至2015年12月，选取该阶段内我院收治的300例闭合性肋骨骨折合并血气胸患者作为此次研究的对象，这300例患者按照数字随机表法随机分为2组，每组150例。对照组采取西医常规治疗方案进行治疗，观察组采取中西医结合治疗，西医治疗方法同对照组，中医治疗方法包括外治和内治。比较2组患者的临床总有效率、疼痛消失时间、气胸消失时间、血胸消失时间、住院时间、并发症发生率，并对比2组患者治疗前后的疼痛评分、肺部通气功能指标以及动脉血氧分压。结论：观察组的临床总有效率为96.67%，对照组的临床总有效率为89.33%，2组相比，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。与对照组相比，观察组的疼痛消失时间、气胸消失时间、血胸消失时间、住院时间均明显缩短（P<0.05），观察组的并发症发生率明显降低（P<0.05）。治疗后，观察组的疼痛评分较治疗前明显降低（P<0.05），观察组的肺部通气功能指标以及动脉血氧分压较治疗前均明显增高（P<0.05），且观察组治疗后的疼痛评分、肺部通气功能指标以及动脉血氧分压与对照组相比，差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：对闭合性肋骨骨折合并血气胸患者实施中西医结合治疗，可有效提高患者的临床治疗效果，促进患者临床症状的缓解，尽早出院，同时，还能有效改善患者的肺部通气功能和血氧状况。

English Summary:
