| 当前知识产权制度对创新知识成果可形成有效保护，但凝聚先贤智慧、同样具有研发价值的传统知识难以纳入其保护范畴，易被他国不当占有。为应对该问题，部分国家相继出台传统知识保护专门制度或建立传统知识数据库。选取以传统医药为主要架构的韩国传统知识门户为例，介绍国外传统知识数据库建设与保护方式经验，并对其关于中医药内容的侵权行为进行了分析，提出了应对之策。 |

| Nowadays，innovative inventions get well-protected through Intellectual Property System.However，the issue that whether traditional knowledge，which concentrating ancestral wisdom with great potential value for R&D，is in the scope of IPS protection is still in heated discussion，thus it is easy exposed to the threat of misappropriation from other countries.In order to solve this problem，some countries have developed Sui-generis System for TK protection or established TK database.Taking Korean Traditional Knowledge Portal which is framed with traditional medicine as subject matter，introduces establishment and protection methods of TK database in other countries，shares the related experiences，makes the analysis of infringement of Traditional Chinese Medicine and also proposes the countermeasures. |
