| 类风湿关节炎（RA）是一种以滑囊炎为特征,以关节肿痛为主要临床表现的常见全身性自身免疫疾病,具有病因不明、病程长、缠绵难愈、致残率高的特点,发病后进展迅速,可出现不可逆的骨关节破坏。当代名中医在长期诊治类风湿关节炎的临床实践中积累了弥足珍贵的经验,现从类风湿关节炎的病因学说、治法、方剂用药等方面,对当代名中医治疗类风湿关节炎的经验作一梳理总结,以供同道借鉴。 |

| Rheumatoid arthritis （RA） is an autoimmune disease which has the characteristics of bursitis,and the main clinical manifestation is articulus of joint swelling and pain,and has also the distinguishing feature of unknown etiology,Long course,Lingering,High disability rate.Irreversible destruction of the bone due to rapid progression.contemporary doctors of the old Chinese medicine have accumulated plenty of clinical experience of treating Rheumatoid arthritis in long-term clinical practice,This article summarized the etiology,pathogenesis,syndrome research,therapeutic method,from the clinical practice of the Contemporary Famous Chinese medicine expers of TCM in treatmenting the Rheumatoid arthritis. |
