| 目的：探讨中西医结合治疗对急性化脓性中耳炎患者的疗效。方法：选取2013年1月至2018年1月新乡市中心医院健康管理科收治的急性化脓性中耳炎患者150例，按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组，每组75例。对照组患者应用阿莫西林克拉维酸钾片，观察组在此基础上加用疏风解毒胶囊，2组均连续治疗10 d。观察2组患者的治疗效果、病原菌清除率、症状体征恢复时间及用药期间患者不良反应发生率。结果：治疗10 d后，观察组治疗总有效率为97.33%高于对照组患者的88%，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；观察组的病原菌清除率为96.2%高于对照组的82.7%，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；观察组患者临床症状体征恢复时间（耳痛缓解时间、退热时间、鼓膜充血消退时间及听力恢复时间）均短于对照组。2组患者以上指标比较，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。治疗期间观察组不良反应发生率为2.7%，对照组为4%，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：常规抗生素结合中药对急性化脓性中耳炎的效果显著，不良反应发生率低，且能加快患者退热，有效缓解患者耳痛及鼓膜充血等其他症状体征。 |

| To explore the clinical effect of combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine in the treatment of acute suppurative otitis media.Methods:A total of 150 cases of acute suppurative otitis media admitted by Xinxiang City Hospital from January 2013 to January 2018 were selected and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group according to the random number table method，with 75 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Amoxicillin and Clavulanate Potassium Tablets，and the observation group was treated with Shufeng Jiedu Capsule on the basis of the control group.The 2 groups were treated for 10 d continuously.The treatment effect，the clearance rate of pathogenic bacteria，the recovery time of symptoms and signs and the incidence of adverse reactions during the period of drug use of the 2 groups of patients were observed.Results:After 10 d treatment，the total efficiency of the observation group was 97.33%，which was higher than 88% of the control group.The pathogen clearance rate of observation group was 96.2%，which was higher than 82.7% of the control group.The clinical symptoms and signs of recovery time (earache remission time，cooling time，tympanic membrane hyperemia subsided time and recovery time of listening) were shorter than the control group.The above indexes in the 2 groups were all statistically significant (P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 2.7% during the treatment period and 4% in the control group (P>0.05).Conclusion:Conventional antibiotics combined with traditional Chinese medicine is effective in treating acute suppurative otitis media，with low incidence of adverse reactions，and can accelerate the patients fever alleviation，effectively alleviate symptoms and signs of tympanic membrane hyperemia. |
