| 目的:运用银翘清咽颗粒治疗小儿疱疹性咽峡炎,观察其临床疗效。方法:选取2015年5月至2017年5月广州中医药大学第一附属医院急诊及广东省第二中医院儿科门诊收治的临床上确诊为疱疹性咽峡炎的患儿30例,采用随机方法,分为观察组和对照组,每组15例。观察组运用银翘清咽颗粒治疗,对照组运用利巴韦林颗粒治疗,疗程各为5 d。分别记录患儿治疗前后症状、体征等指标;流式细胞仪检测CD4+、CD8+、CD4+/CD8+表达水平。结果:治疗5 d后,观察组15例,痊愈10例,有效4例,无效1例,总有效率为93.3%;对照组15例,痊愈5例,有效7例,无效3例,总有效率为80%,经非参数检验,与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P=0.035<0.05),因此,治疗后2组疗效比较差异有统计学意义,观察组效果优于对照组。经治疗后,观察组中CD8+的表达水平明显低于对照组(P<0.05),而CD4+和CD4+/CD8+的表达情况与之相反,呈高于对照组的表达情况(P<0.05)。结论:临床上运用银翘清咽颗粒治疗小儿疱疹性咽峡炎有效改善患儿的临床症状,其显著疗效可能与改善患儿免疫系统功能有关。 |

| To observe the clinical efficacy of using Yinqiao Qingyan granules in the treatment of children with herpangina.Methods:A total of 30 patients with herpangina in our hospital from May 2015 to May 2017 were selected and randomly divided into treatment group and control group，with 15 cases in each group.The treatment group was treated with Yinqiao Qingyan granules，and the control group was received Ribavirin Granules.The course of treatment was 5 days.The symptoms，signs and other indicators were recorded before and after treatment.The expression levels of CD4+，CD8+ and CD4+/CD8+ were detected by flow cytometry.Results:After 5 days of treatment，in 15 cases of the treatment group，10 cases were cured，4 cases were effective，and 1 case was ineffective，with the total effective rate of 93.3%; In 15 cases of the control group，5 cases were cured，7 cases were effective，and 3 cases were ineffective，with the total effective rate of 80%.After the non-parametric test，compared with the control group，P=0.035<0.05，and so that there was significant difference between the two groups after treatment，and the treatment group was better than the control group.After treatment，the expression level of CD8+ in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P<0.05)，while the expression of CD4+ and CD4+/CD8+ was the opposite，which was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical application of Yinqiao Qingyan granules in treatment of children with herpangina can effectively improve children's symptoms，and the curative effect may be related with the improvement of the function of the immune system of children. |
