| 目的：探讨真武汤加减对心肾阳虚型慢性心力衰竭细胞黏附分子表达及对心脏结构和功能的影响。方法：选取2014年9月至2017年1月心肾阳虚型慢性心力衰竭患者90例，采用随机数表法将其分为对照组及观察组，每组45例。对照组接受常规西医治疗，观察组接受真武汤加减联合常规西医治疗，均持续1个月。比较2组血清中可溶性细胞黏附分子-1（sICAM-1）、心脏结构参数、心功能参数。结果：治疗前，2组血清sICAM-1水平，超声心脏结构参数、心功能参数差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。治疗1个月后，观察组血清中sICAM-1低于对照组（P<0.05）；观察组心脏结构参数左心室收缩末内径（LVESD）、左心室舒张末期内径（LVEDD）、室间隔厚度（IVS）、舒张末期左心室后壁厚度（LVPW）低于对照组（P<0.05）；观察组心功能参数左心室射血分数（LVEF）、每搏输出量（SV）、心输出量（CO）高于对照组（P<0.05）。结论：真武汤加减联合西医治疗，可有效抑制心肾阳虚型慢性心力衰竭患者黏附分子表达，优化心脏结构和功能。 |

| To study the effects of modified Zhenwu Decoction on expression of cell adhesion molecule, cardiac structure and function in chronic heart failure patients due to heart kidney yang deficiency.Methods:A total of 90 cases of chronic heart failure patients due to heart kidney yang deficiency in our hospital during September 2014 to January 2017 were randomly divided into control group and study group according to the random number table method, with 45 cases in each group.Patients in control group were treated with routine Western medicine treatment, and those in study group were treated with Zhenwu decoction combined with conventional western medicine.The treatment lasted for one month.The levels of serum soluble cell adhesion molecule-1 (sICAM-1), cardiac structural parameters and cardiac function parameters were compared before and after treatment between two groups.Results:Before treatment, there was no significant difference in serum sICAM-1 content, ultrasonic cardiac structural parameters, and cardiac function parameters between two groups (P>0.05).One month after treatment, serum content of sICAM-1 in study group was lower than that in control group (P<0.05); cardiac structure parameters such as LVESD, LVEDD, IVS, LVPW in study group were lower than those in control group (P<0.05); cardiac function parameters such as LVEF, SV, CO in study group were higher than those in control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:Chronic heart failure patients due to heart kidney yang deficiency receives Zhenwu decoction combined with western medicine treatment, can effectively inhibit the expression of adhesion molecules, and optimize cardiac structure and function. |
