目的:研究头针联合体针对脑卒中后遗症患者脑血流的影响。方法:选取2015年7月至2017年6月脑卒中后遗症患者82例，采用随机数表随机分为观察组和对照组，每组41例。其中对照组采用体针治疗，观察组采用头针联合体针治疗。观察并比较2组患者的临床疗效，比较2组患者治疗前后大脑前动脉（ACA）、大脑中动脉（MCA）、大脑后动脉（PCA）的血流情况。同时对2组患者进行Fugl-Meyer评分，评价2组患者治疗后的上下肢功能。结果:观察组临床疗效较好，基本治愈患者高达43.9%，有效率高达90.3%高于对照组78.0%，差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）。2组患者治疗前Fual-Meyer评分基本一致，治疗后观察组患者评分提高到（19.7±10.6）分，高于对照组（13.3±8.1）分，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。治疗前，2组患者的MCA、ACA、PCA基本一致，治疗后，患者的大脑中动脉和大脑后动脉的供血情况明显改善，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。2组患者治疗前MaCO评分基本一致，治疗后观察组患者评分提高到（19.8±5.3）分，高于对照组（15.2±7.9）分，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论:头针联合体针的治疗方法，对脑卒中后遗症患者具有更好的临床疗效，同时帮助增加患者的中、后动脉血流供血，有助于患者的脑组织修复。

English Summary:

To study the effects of scalp acupuncture combined with body acupuncture on cerebral blood flow in patients with stroke sequela.Methods:A total of 82 patients with stroke sequelae were selected from July 2015 to June 2017 in our hospital, and divided into observation group and control group by random number table, with 41 cases in each group.The control group was treated with body acupuncture, and the observation group was treated with scalp acupuncture combined with body acupuncture.The clinical effects of the two groups were observed and compared.The blood flow of the anterior cerebral artery (ACA), middle cerebral artery (MCA) and posterior cerebral artery (PCA) before and after treatment were compared.Fugl-Meyer score was used to evaluate the upper and lower limbs function of the two groups.Results:Compared with the two groups, the clinical effects of the observation group was better.The basic cure rate was 43.9 %, and the effective rate was 90.3 % higher than 78.0 % of the control group.The difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The score of fual-Meyer in the two groups was basically consistent, and the score of the observation group increased to 19.7±10.6, which was much higher than13.3±8.1 in the control group.The difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Before the treatment, the MCA, ACA and PCA of the two groups were basically the same.After treatment, the blood supply of the middle cerebral artery and the posterior cerebral artery of the patients improved significantly, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The MaCO score of the two groups was basically consistent before treatment, and the score of the observation group increased to 19.8±5.3, far higher than 15.2±7.9 in the control group.The difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:The treatment of scalp acupuncture combined with body acupuncture has a better clinical effect on patients with sequela of stroke, helps to increase the blood flow of the middle and posterior arteries, and helps the brain tissue repair.
