| 目的：分析中西药联用出现的不良反应(Adverse Drug Reaction,ADR)，探讨其防治对策。方法：选取2013年1月至2017年12月内蒙古包钢医院中西药联用引发的ADR，分析发生ADR的药物联用类型、ADR严重程度、发生ADR的人群特征（年龄）及发生原因，提出防治对策。结果：在86例ADR中，中西药联用导致重复用药、增加药物不良反应的联用类型比例最高，占80.23％（69/86）。在86例ADR中，轻度50例（58.14%）、中度19例（22.09%），重度17例（19.77%），重度ADR的发生率最高。不同组合的中西药联用中，中药注射液+西药注射液所致ADR发生率最高（67.44%）。不同中西药联用所致ADR的严重程度比较，差异无统计学意义（P<0.05）。86例ADR患者，>60岁的重度ADR发生率更高（75%）（χ2=15.530,P<0.05）。结论：中西药联用时需考虑每一药物的药理作用机制和功效，避免配伍禁忌，合理的联合用药有助于避免或减少不良反应的发生。 |

| To analyze the adverse reactions(ADR)of the combination of Chinese and western medicines in Inner Monggolia Baogang Hospital from 2013 to 2017 in order to explore the preventive and therapeutic strategies. Methods:The situation of ADR caused by combination of Chinese and western medicines in Inner Mongolia Baogang Hospital from January 2013 to December 2017 was analyzed. The types，severity，population characteristics(age)and causes of ADR were discussed，and the prevention and treatment strategies were investigated. Results:1）Among 86 ADR cases，80.23%(69/86)were combined with Chinese and western medicine，which resulted in repeated use of drugs and increased side effects. 2）Among 86 cases of ADR，50 cases were mild(58.14%)，19 cases were moderate(22.09%)and 17 cases were severe(19.77%). The incidence of severe ADR was the highest. Among the different combinations of Chinese medicine and western medicine，the incidence of ADR caused by Chinese medicine injection and western medicine injection was the highest(67.44%). There was no significant difference in the severity of ADR caused by combination of different Chinese and western medicines. 3）Among 86 cases of ADR，the incidence of severe ADR was higher in those over 60 years old(75%)，χ2=15.530，P<0.05. Conclusion:The pharmacological mechanism and action performance of each drug should be taken into account in the combination of Chinese and western medicines，so as to avoid incompatibility taboos. Reasonable combination of Chinese and western medicines can help to avoid or reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions. |
