| 目的：研究益气养阴利水法对冠心病心力衰竭患者BNP、SOD及生命质量的影响。方法：选取2016年1月至2017年12月广安门医院南区内一科病房收治的气阴两虚水停型心力衰竭患者60例作为研究对象，按照随机数字表法随机分为对照组和观察组，每组30例。对照组给予标准心力衰竭药物治疗，观察组在对照组的基础上给予益气养阴利水中药颗粒剂治疗，观察时间为4周，比较治疗前后2组患者BNP、SOD变化，采用明尼苏达生命质量量表及中医证候积分量表评价患者生命质量变化。结果：2组治疗后BNP均较治疗前下降，同组治疗前后比较，差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）；观察组治疗后BNP较对照组下降明显，2组比较差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。2组治疗后SOD均较治疗前上升，差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05），观察组治疗后SOD较对照组升高明显，2组比较差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。2组治疗后明尼苏达生命质量评分均较治疗前下降，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05），观察组治疗后明尼苏达生命质量评分较对照组下降明显，2组比较差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。观察组治疗后中医证候评分较对照组下降明显，2组比较差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：益气养阴利水法可有效改善心力衰竭患者的心功能及生命质量。 |

| To study the effects of supplementing qi，nourishing yin and promoting diuresis method on the BNP，SOD and quality of life of the patients with coronary heart disease and heart failure.Methods:According with standard of the studies in 60 cases of type qi yin deficiency of water stop heart failure patients in Guang'anmen Hospital(South）from January 2016 to December 2017 were randomly divided into the control group(30 cases）and the observation group(30 cases).The control group was admitted the standard heart failure therapy，while the observation group，on the basis of western medicine，was treated with supplementing qi，nourishing yin and promoting diuresis Chinese medicine granules.Observation time was 4 weeks.The BNP changes，the adoption of quality of life scale of Minnesota and TCM syndrome integral scale in patients of the 2 groups were compared before and after the treatment to evaluate patients' quality of life changes.Results:After treatment，the BNP was both decreased and with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).After treatment，the BNP in the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment，SOD was increased than that before treatment and had statistical significance(P<0.05).After treatment in the observation group，SOD was higher than that in the control group and had statistical significance(P<0.05).The quality of life score in the 2 groups after treatment of Minnesota was decreased and with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Life quality score in the observation group after treatment of Minnesota decreased and statistically significant compared with control group(P<0.05).s After treatment，TCM syndrome score of observation group was lower than that of control group and was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The supplementing qi，nourishing yin and promoting diuresis method can improve the cardiac function and quality of life of patients with heart failure. |
