| 阈下抑郁是一种有抑郁情绪表现却又未达到抑郁症临床诊断标准的亚健康状态,从中医角度看属于“郁证”范畴,如不及时干预会造成严重的社会负担。目前尚没有统一公认的阈下抑郁辨识工具。已有研究阈下抑郁的辨识主要借鉴抑郁症临床诊断标准和抑郁症测量量表。对已有文献中应用的阈下抑郁辨识方法进行汇总并分析其特点,可帮助研究者根据自身研究设计与目的,参考各种辨识方法的优缺点进行选择或联合使用。 |

| Subthreshold depression is a sub-health status with depressive symptoms yet lighter than depressive disorder，which belongs to “depression syndrome” in traditional Chinese medicine.If not treated in time，it will cause great social medical burden.So far，there is no uniform criterion for differentiating tool of subthreshold depression.The identification tools of subliminal depression are mainly divided into depression clinical diagnostic criteria and depression scale.In this paper，the subthreshold depression identification methods used in literature were summarized and their characteristics were analyzed，to help researchers choose tools according to their own research design and purpose and the advantages of each method. |
