目的：探讨活血化瘀解郁方联合通督益脑安神针法治疗卒中后气虚血瘀失眠症的临床疗效。方法：选取2016年1月至2017年12月北京中医医院顺义医院收治的卒中后气虚血瘀型失眠患者96例作为研究对象。根据患者入院编号，按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组，每组48例。所有患者均给予口服安眠补脑口服液，对照组给予通督益脑安神针法治疗，观察组则采用活血化瘀解郁方联合通督益脑安神针法治疗。比较2组治疗前、治疗4周、治疗8周后白天思睡状况、夜间睡眠质量、中医证候积分变化及临床疗效。结果：治疗前，2组患者ESS评分、PSQI评分、中医证候积分比较，差异均无统计学意义（P>005）；治疗4、8周后，2组ESS评分、PSQI评分、中医证候积分均较治疗前显著下降（均P<0001）；观察组治疗4、8周后ESS评分、PSQI评分、中医证候积分均显著低于对照组（均P<0001）；观察组总有效率为8125%（39/48）明显高于对照组的6042%（29/48），差异有统计学意义（P<005）。结论：活血化瘀解郁方联合通督益脑安神针法可有效改善卒中后气虚血瘀证失眠患者白天思睡状况、夜间睡眠质量以及中医证候积分，临床疗效确切，可进行推广应用。

English Summary:

To explore the clinical effects of Huoxue Huayu Jieyu Decoction combined with Tongdu Yinao Anshen Acupuncture on insomnia due to qi deficiency and blood stasis after stroke.Methods:A lot of 96 patients with insomnia of qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome after stroke admitted to Shunyi Hospital of Beijing Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2016 to December 2017 were selected as the study subjects.According to the patient's admission number，the patients were divided into a control group and an observation group by random number method，with 48 cases in each group.All patients were given oral Anmian Bunao Oral Liquid.The control group was treated with Tongdu Yinao Anshen Acupuncture，while the observation group was treated with Huoxue Huayu Jieyu Decoction combined with Tongdu Yinao Anshen Acupuncture.The daytime sleepiness，night sleep quality，changes of TCM syndrome score and clinical efficacy were compared between the 2 groups before treatment，4 and 8 weeks after treatment.Results:Before treatment，there was no significant difference in ESS score，PSQI score and TCM syndrome score between the two groups(P>005); after 4 and 8 weeks of treatment，ESS score，PSQI score and TCM syndrome score of the 2 groups decreased significantly(P<0001); after 4 and 8 weeks of treatment，ESS score，PSQI score and TCM syndrome score of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0001).The total effective rate was 8125%(39/48)significantly higher than that of the control group(6042%(29/48)(P<005).Conclusion:Huoxue Huayu Jieyu Decoction combined with Tongdu Yinao Anshen Acupuncture can effectively improve daytime sleepiness，night sleeping quality and TCM syndrome score of insomnia patients with qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome after stroke.The clinical effect is definite and can be popularized and applied.
