目的：探讨2型糖尿病中医临床路径的应用效果。方法：选取2016年1月至2016年6月广州中医药大学第一附属医院收治的2型糖尿病患者745例作为研究对象，观察组（n=529）实施临床路径管理，对照组（n=216）实施普通治疗。通过比较治疗前后观察组与对照组的临床指标、中医证候积分、住院时间、住院费用等变化，以评价2型糖尿病中医临床路径应用的效果。结果：实施临床路径的观察组与对照组总体疗效相当，但观察组在改善胰岛素敏感性及缓解中医症状上较观察组有优势，且能缩短患者住院时间，减少患者住院总费用及住院药费。结论：采用中医临床路径对2型糖尿病进行管理治疗疗效确切，且改善患者胰岛素敏感性、缓解患者症状，提高住院效率，减少住院耗费。

English Summary:

To evaluate the application effect of Chinese medical clinical pathway for treating type 2 diabetes.Methods:A total of 745 cases of included patients with type 2 diabetes in The First Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine from January 2016 to June 2016 treated at inpatient department were selected as research subjects529 cases of clinical pathway management were treated as the observation group and 216 cases of general treatment as the control group.The clinical indexes，TCM syndrome scores，hospitalization days and hospitalization costs of the observation group and the control group before and after treatment were compared to evaluate the effect of TCM clinical pathway application in type 2 diabetes mellitus.Results:The overall efficacy of the observation group implementing the clinical pathway was similar to that of the control group，but the observation group had advantages over the observation group in improving insulin sensitivity and alleviating symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine，and could shorten the length of hospitalization of patients，reduce the total hospitalization costs and drug costs of patients.Conclusion:The management and treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus through the clinical pathway of traditional Chinese medicine is effective，and the insulin sensitivity of patients is improved，the symptoms of patients are alleviated，the hospitalization efficiency is improved，and the hospitalization cost is reduced.
