| 目的：探究白芍总苷胶囊联合碘甘油治疗复发性口腔溃疡(ROU)的临床疗效及对免疫功能的影响。方法：选取2015年1月至2018年7月房山区中医医院收治的复发性口腔溃疡患者112例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和对照组,每组56例。对照组采用复发性口腔溃疡普通的疗法进行治疗,观察组白芍总苷胶囊联合碘甘油进行治疗。比较2组患者临床疗效、炎性反应因子、免疫球蛋白、T淋巴细胞水平及临床观察指标。结果：观察组总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组患者的止痛起效时间、溃疡持续时间及视觉模拟评分(VAS)均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组患者的CD3+、CD4+、CD8+和CD4+/CD8+水平与治疗前比较均升高,白细胞介素1(IL-1)、白细胞介素6(IL-6)及肿瘤坏死因子-(TNF-)水平与治疗前比较均降低,且观察组CD3+、CD4+、CD8+和CD4+/CD8+水平高于对照组,IL-1、IL-6及TNF-α水平均低于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前后2组患者的免疫球蛋白A(IgA)、免疫球蛋白G(IgG)及免疫球蛋白M(IgM)水平差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论：白芍总苷胶囊联合碘甘油治疗复发性口腔溃疡效果较好,可有效提高机体免疫功能,抑制炎性反应,改善患者临床症状并降低疼痛,值得临床推广使用。 |

| To explore the clinical efficacy of Total Glucosides of White Paeony Capsules combined with iodine glycerol in recurrent oral ulcer(ROU)and its effects on immune function.Methods：A total of 112 patients with ROU admitted in the Fangshan District Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2015 to July 2018 were selected as research objects,and they were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 56 cases in each group.The control group was treated with common therapy for ROU,and the observation group was treated with Total Glucosides of White Paeony Capsules combined with iodine glycerol.The clinical efficacy,levels of inflammatory factors,immunoglobulin,and T lymphocytes and clinical observational indexes were compared between the 2 groups.Results：The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After the treatment,the onset time of pain relief,the duration of ulcer and the score of visual analogue scale(VAS)in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After the treatment,the levels of CD3+,CD4+,CD8+ and CD4+/CD8+ were increased in both groups,and the levels of CD3+,CD4+,CD8+ and CD4+/CD8+ in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After the treatment,the levels of interleukin-1(IL-1),interleukin-6(IL-6)and tumor necrosis factor-(TNF-)were decreased in both groups,and the levels of IL-1,IL-6 and TNF-α in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Before and after the treatment,there were no significant differences in the levels of immunoglobulin A(IgA),immunoglobulin G(IgG)and immunoglobulin M(IgM)between the 2 groups(P>0.05).Conclusion：Total Glucosides of White Paeony Capsules combined with iodine glycerol in the treatment of ROU has good efficacy.It can effectively improve immune function of the body,suppress inflammatory reaction,improve patients' clinical symptoms and reduce pain,which is worthy for clinical application. |
