| 目的：观察灸疗联合健脾生血颗粒治疗心脾两虚型失眠的临床疗效。方法：选取2015年3月至2018年12月巴中市中医院收治的辨证为心脾两虚型失眠患者123例作为研究对象，随机分为对照组（n=61）和观察组（n=62），2组患者均在关元、百会、两侧足三里等基础上辨证选穴，给予灸法治疗，同时观察组加用健脾生血颗粒口服，观察2组睡眠质量改善情况、临床疗效及复发率等指标。结果：2组患者经治疗后匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI）、中医证候积分均有改善，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；观察组总有效率为91.9%，对照组为77.0%，观察组临床疗效明显优于对照组，2组比较差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；3个月后随访，观察组复发1例(4.3%），对照组复发5例(31.3%)，2组复发率比较，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：灸疗联合健脾生血颗粒治疗心脾两虚型失眠疗效确切，二者联用可显著提高睡眠质量，减少复发率，值得临床推广。 |

| To observe the clinical effects of moxibustion combined with Jianpi Shengxue Granule in treating insomnia of heart and spleen deficiency syndrome.Methods：A total of 123 patients with insomnia of heart and spleen deficiency syndrome in Bazhong Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from March 2015 to December 2018 were selected as research subjects.They were randomly divided into 2 groups：62 patients in the observation group and 61 patients in the control group,All the patients in 2 groups selected points based on the syndrome differentiation including Guanyuan(RN4),Baihui(DU20）and bilateral Zusanli(ST36）and other acupuncture points,and moxibustion treatment was given.The observation group was added with oral administration of Jianpi Shengxue Granule.Indexes including improvement of sleep quality,clinical efficacy and insomnia recurrence rate in the 2 groups were observed.Results：After treatment,the Pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI）and TCM symptom scores were improved in the 2 groups,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05); the total effective rate was 92.7% in the observation group and 75.2% in the control group.The clinical efficacy of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After 3 months of follow-up period,1 patient(4.3%）relapsed in the observation group and 5 patients relapsed in the control(only moxbustion therapy）group(31.3%),and the observation group was significantly better than the simple moxibustion group(P<0.05).Conclusion：Moxibustion combined with Jianpi Shengxue Granule is effective in treating insomnia of heart and spleen deficiency syndrome.The combination of the 2 treatments can significantly improve sleep quality,especially for patients with high recurrence rate.Treatment combined with Jianpi Shengxue Granule can reduce the probability of recurrence,which is worthy of clinical promotion. |
