| 目的:探讨老年带状疱疹后遗神经痛（PHN）患者使用针灸、刺血拔罐联合桃红四物汤治疗的临床效果。方法:选取2013年9月至2018年2月武警北京总队医院收治的老年PHN患者60例作为研究对象，按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组，每组30例。观察组予以口服汤药桃红四物汤，刺血拔罐治疗，对照组予以单纯口服汤药桃红四物汤治疗，分析比较2组的治疗效果。结果:治疗后，观察组的治疗总有效率为90%，对照组的总有效率为80%，差异无统计学意义（P>005）；2组患者的VAS评分均较前降低，其中对照组的VAS评分高于观察组患者，且差异有统计学意义(P<005）。结论使用针灸、刺血拔罐联合桃红四物汤治疗PHN患者，可显著改善其临床症状，减轻疼痛，改善睡眠，值得临床推广。 |

| To explore the clinical effects of acupuncture and pricking blood with cupping combined with Taohong Siwu Decoction in the treatment of elderly patients with postherpetic neuralgia(PHN).Methods:A total of 60 elderly patients with PHN diagnosed and treated in Beijing Armed Police General Hospital from September 2013 to February 2018 were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group according to the random number table，with 30 cases in each group.The observation group was treated with Taohong Siwu Decoction orally，pricking blood and cupping therapy，while the control group was treated with Taohong Siwu Decoction orally only.The therapeutic effects in the 2 groups were analyzed and compared.Results:After treatment，the total effective rate in the observation group was 90%，and the control group was 80%.There was no significant difference between the 2 groups(P>005).After treatment，the scores of VAS in the 2 groups were significantly reduced，and the control group was higher than the observation group，with the statistical difference significant(P<005).Conclusion:Acupuncture，pricking blood and cupping combined with Taohong Siwu Decoction can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of PHN patients，alleviate pain and improve sleep，which is worthy of clinical promotion. |
