| 阴疽是一类病情缓慢的阴性疮疡疾病的总称，其研究范围很广，如附骨疽、脱疽、痒痈、流痰、流注、乳癖、瘤、癌等。古代医家从异病同治的思路，对阴疽进行论治，其所包含的多种疾病共性则成为阴疽治疗关键。小金丹是治疗阴疽的代表方剂，本文尝试从小金丹立方思路出发阐释小金丹治疗阴疽的对应病机，从同病异治思路比较阴疽治疗代表方剂间的特点，期望为临床小金丹治疗阴疽应用提供思路。 |

| Dorsal furuncle is a general name for slow on-set negative sore and ulcerative diseases which has a wide range of research such as bone-attaching abscess,gangrene of digit,abscess,flowing phlegm,gravitation cold abscess,hyperplasia of mammary gland,bump and cancer.Commonality of multiple diseases becomes the key to treat the dorsal furuncle by ancient doctors based on treating different diseases with same method.Xiaojin Pills is a representative prescription for treating dorsal furuncle.This paper tried to explain the characteristics of pathogenesis in treating dorsal furuncle by Xiaojin Pills and compared the characteristics of different prescriptions in treating dorsal furuncle,which provides ideas for the clinical application of Xiaojindan in treating dorsal furuncle. |
