| 小金丹出自清代王维德《外科全生集》，是治疗外科疾病的一个有效方剂，有消岩散结、化瘀祛毒之功。临床应用小金丹治疗某些肿瘤，疗效肯定。研究发现小金丹提取物作用24 h后能明显抑制人乳腺癌MDA-MB-453细胞的运动和侵袭能力，作用呈现剂量依赖性关系。在消化系统疾病中，加减小金丹对胃癌术后患者高凝、低纤溶、低细胞免疫状态有良好的治疗作用；并推迟转移发生，延长胃癌术后患者生存时间。小金丹可显著影响人肝癌细胞信号转导基因的表达。小金丹联合其他中药，还可治愈胰腺癌。在呼吸系统疾病，特别是肺癌的治疗方面，小金丹观察组有效率高于对照组；对于咯血症状的肺癌，用小金丹以活血通络，化瘀止血，配合西药治疗，可共达止血之效。此外，还发现小金丹可以治疗脑肿瘤、颈部肿块、骨肿瘤、非霍奇金淋巴瘤，疗效肯定。小金丹诸药共用，化瘀、解毒、止痛、行气、散结等功效，将其用于肿瘤的治疗，可以取得较好的临床疗效。 |

| Xiaojin Pills is an effective prescription for the treatment of surgical diseases,which originated from Wang Weide's Life-saving Manual of Diagnosis and Treatment of External Diseases in Qing Dynasty.It has the functions of eliminating cancer and resolving masses,removing blood stasis and eliminating toxins.Clinical application of Xiaojin Pills in the treatment of some tumors had positive effects.It was found that the extract of Xiaojin Pills could inhibit the movement and invasion of human breast cancer MDA-MB-453 cells in a dose-dependent manner after 24 hours.It was found that in digestive system diseases,modified Xiaojin Pills has a good therapeutic effect on hypercoagulability,low fibrinolysis and low cellular immunity in patients with gastric cancer after operation and it also delayed the occurrence of metastasis and prolonged the survival time of patients with gastric cancer after operation.Xiaojin Pills can significantly affect the expression of signal transduction genes in human hepatocellular carcinoma cells.Xiaojin Pills combined with other Chinese medicine can also cure pancreatic cancer.In the treatment of respiratory diseases,especially lung cancer,the effective rate of Xiaojin Pills observation group was higher than that of the control group.For lung cancer with hemoptysis symptoms,Xiaojin Pills can promote blood circulation for removing obstruction in collaterals,removing blood stasis and stopping bleeding,and can achieve hemostatic effect by cooperating with western medicine.In addition,it was also found that the curative effects of Xiaojin Pills are positive in the treatment of brain tumors,neck tumors,bone tumors,and non-hodgkin's lymphoma.Xiaojin Pills has the functions of removing blood stasis,detoxifying,relieving pain,promoting qi and resolving mass.It can be used in the treatment of tumors to obtain good clinical efficacy. |
